Kerteminde Municipality, where Sonia Ghiyasvand is a dentist, has approx. 4,600 children and young people and in 2017 they chose to bring together the Municipal Dental Care in Langeskov. Previously there were 3 practices. In connection with the merger, the practice will get new units. These are HEKA units of the UNIC and UnicLine S types. Sonia was trained in 2012 and is very happy with her profession.

The practice's 6 modern treatment rooms are kept in light and friendly colors and have a good size and the central feature of each treatment room is the HEKA unit, which Sonia describes as follows; "First of all, it's incredibly beautiful and I think that means a lot because the children and parents actually notice it" ... "and the next thing is cleaning it, there are no buttons, it's touch, so it's nice .” Regarding cleaning, Sonia elaborates that the unit always looks nice after cleaning, the glass surfaces leave no marks from wiping.

"They (the units) look presentable all the time". Sonia is especially happy with Heka's foot pedal in her daily work, "I think the pedal is super smart... it's easy". The chair's functionality and design also play a role, with Sonia emphasizing the super-soft upholstery, which is also available in many colors and as she says with a smile, "at least it's good to lie on... we've tried it ourselves".

Birgitte Roed, practice assistant and occupational health and safety representative, also works at the practice with approx. 20 years of experience, which praises the good working environment at the practice, which rubs off on the children when they come to the practice. Birgitte is particularly good at creating a good atmosphere on the children's premises, so it is easier to get very young children into the dentist's chair. Birgitte is happy to work on the HEKA units and, like Sonia, also highlights the design, "I can compare it a bit with B&O ... simple, it's made of glass and aluminium". "And it's easy to wipe off... easy surfaces, not so many pretzel corners". All in all, this means that the time between patients can be minimized, which is of particular importance when it is busy. According to Birgitte, the HEKA unit also provides good working conditions when assisting different dental hygienists and dentists, so that both sit well and have a good working position, llso in a standing working position. The unit functions "as a good workplace".
