Terms of use for Heka Dental's websites

1. Scope 

   All use of websites provided by Heka Dental A/S (“Heka Dental”) is subject to these Terms of Use.
   By using the website, the user accepts the current version of these terms each time the site is accessed.These terms apply to all Heka Dental domains and subdomains unless otherwise specified in individual agreements.

2. Services 

   The Heka Dental website contains information and related materials for display or download.
   Heka Dental may at any time suspend or update the website in whole or in part.Due to the nature of the internet and IT systems, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we strive to maintain high uptime and security.

3. Registration and Access Codes
   
   Some parts of the website require user registration and password protection.
   Access is granted only to registered users with authorisation to act on behalf of their company or organisation.Users must provide accurate and current information during registration and update it when changes occur. A valid email address must be maintained for communications regarding support or account status.
   Once registered, a user ID and password will be issued. Users are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential and for all activities under their account.

   If misuse or unauthorised access is suspected, the user must inform Heka Dental immediately so access can be blocked or reset.

   When using our websites, users must not upload malicious files, transmit unlawful content or engage in behaviour that could damage the website or third parties.Heka Dental may deny or terminate access if these rules are violated.

   All content on our websites is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Trademarks and logos may not be used without prior written permission.Any use of materials for commercial purposes requires explicit consent from Heka Dental A/S.

6. Hyperlinks and Third-Party Sites 

   Our websites may contain links to external sites. Heka Dental is not responsible for the content of third-party websites and accepts no liability for their accuracy or security.
   Use is at the user’s own risk.

7. Liability and Availability 

   We take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and availability of information but do not guarantee that the website is free from errors or interruptions. Heka Dental cannot be held liable for indirect loss arising from the use of our websites to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law and Venue
   These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Copenhagen.
