Access to online support at is reserved for authorised dealers and their employees.

It is important that our authorised dealers and their employees, certified technicians etc. are regularly updated regarding Heka Dental’s products, both considering their own, dentists’ and clinic staff safety and also in consideration of patient safety.

This is also necessary to ensure that the employees of authorised dealers are capable of setting up, servicing, installing and replacing parts on Heka Dental’s and suppliers’ products without injury to themselves or others or damage to equipment.

Last but not least, this shall ensure that correct and up to date information is available and communicated so that end users (dentists, clinics etc.) are guided correctly regarding both existing and new equipment.

We therefore request your permission to keep you updated on subjects that deal with technology, equipment and options as well as satisfaction surveys related to Heka Dental and its products.

You can also receive information on other subjects we view as important information for an authorised Heka Dental dealer.

If you wish to unsubscribe as a user of Heka Dental’s web support, you can do so by contacting us at and request cancellation after which we will delete your access to our system.

As an employee of an authorised Heka Dental dealer, you will continue to receive information on technology, equipment and options and other subjects we view as important information for an authorised dealer.

You have the right to view any data Heka Dental has stored about you and request to correct this or delete completely.

If you wish to view or correct the data we have registered about you or if you wish to no longer be registered with email address and other data by Heka Dental, you can contact us at any time at with your request(s).

If you request deletion of your data, this also entails deletion of any Heka Dental authorisation as technician, as we can no longer inform you of safety and/or other important information about our products.
